Custom software development, built around how you work

When no product fits your operations, we design and build one that does — from internal tools to complete operational platforms — with the same discipline we apply to the software we run ourselves.

Sound familiar?

  • 01Off-the-shelf software forces your process into someone else’s shape, so staff work around it.
  • 02Critical work lives in spreadsheets and messaging groups that nobody can audit.
  • 03A previous custom build works, but nobody can safely change it.
  • 04You need a system that handles money, records or people correctly — not approximately.

What we do

  • Operational platforms

Multi-user systems for the core of your work: applications and approvals, records, scheduling, billing and reporting — with roles and permissions.

  • Internal business systems

Tools that replace fragile spreadsheets and manual hand-offs, built for the people who use them every day.

  • Multi-tenant and multi-site systems

One platform serving several branches, campuses or organisations, with each one’s data kept separate.

  • Workflows that handle money

Invoicing, payments, reconciliation and statements designed so the numbers always add up and every change leaves a record.

  • Audit trails and access control

Every important change recorded with who, what and when; access granted by role, not by password sharing.

What you get

  • Working software, delivered in increments
  • Architecture and data model documentation
  • Automated tests for the critical paths
  • Deployment, monitoring and handover

Every engagement runs in short increments: you see working software regularly, scope changes are agreed before they are made, and handover includes documentation and training. How we work.

Tools we use in production

  • Python (Django, FastAPI)
  • Go
  • TypeScript & Angular
  • PostgreSQL
  • RabbitMQ
  • Docker

The technology serves the problem. We recommend tools based on your needs and the team who will maintain them.

Questions we often hear

Who owns the software you build for us?

Ownership terms are agreed in the contract before work starts. Our standard approach is that the client owns the code built for them, with documentation so another team could maintain it.

How do you price a custom project?

After discovery we propose a scope, delivered in phases, each with its own estimate. We avoid fixed prices on unclear requirements because they push risk into hidden corners.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with a technical review of the code, data and infrastructure, then agree what to stabilise first before adding anything new.
